Sports day and boat excursion

 At my primary school today was the school sports day which is apparently like that in all of Greece. All the students (around 100) participated in the event. There were 9 different stations: basketball, "biceps workout", volleyball, handball, soccer, sprinting, long throwing, obstacle course and long-jumping. For weeks the students were prepared for these and they learnt how to behave correctly. The teams were put together randomly.

In the afternoon our organizer Dimitris invited us unexpectedly to an excursion on our boat because the weather was that good. I was really excited to get the chance to steer the boat. Thankfully it wasn't that hard to do because there was hardly any wind today. When we were out in the open we stopped the boat and jumped into the ocean which is still incredibly warm. After this short but great excursion we came home relaxed and got back to work.
